Managing client data, documents and contact information is one of the most time-intensive tasks that any financial professional or team deals with. Usually advisors have some type of contact management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage some or all of these tasks. The key for greater advisor efficiency is the depth of financial details that can be managed, and the integration of the contact system with other advisor applications.

Besides Outlook, there are a number of contact database applications targeted at the independent advisor, including a number of financial advisor extensions. The reality is that these applications were never designed for either the in-depth financial information that advisors maintain, nor the intensive processes and document management requirements unique to financial professionals.

ClientVision is the first Financial Relationship Management (FRM) tool that is both offered as a software service over the web, as well as being completely integrated into Outlook 2007. ClientVision integrates all your client's financial details within Outlook so there is no learning curve and all information is easily accessible from your desktop.

ClientVision essentially extends any client Outlook contact record, with an additional menu bar that provides access to all the data and reports that a financial advisor needs. Financial holdings and pricing details can be kept up to date with external data sources such as back-office applications, custodians, or broker-dealers through a number of data adapters, such as Albridge or DST.

All of the Outlook tasks, such as setting meetings, sending e-mail, and looking up client contact details are all available in the same window, along with clients financial data and reports.
